Golden, crispy falafel made in-house daily — chickpeas, garlic, herbs, no fillers. Served in pita with fresh veg and lathered in hummus and toum. 100% plant-powered, 100% flavour.

Ingredients:

• Chickpeas (soaked and ground)

• Garlic

• Fresh coriander (cilantro)

• Onions (green or white)

• Cumin

• Coriander powder

• Salt and black pepper

• Baking powder (optional, for crispiness)

• Oil (for frying)
